This page is a sample gallery of the network images that was actually generated through eXpanda.
This software has lots of functions to depict informations within interactome networks from topological analysis data to information via web-based databases.

You can view enlarged figures by clicking each thumbnail graphics.
Downloadable sample components are as follows:
Perl script : Perl script which made the figure. These scripts are exercisable when you include eXpanda library. You can view eXpanda step by step by running through this file.
SVG file : A Scalable Vector Graphics file format graphics exported by the script.
tar.gz archive file : The archive file including Perl script and some footage files for running programs.
NOTE2 : eXpanda exports SVG images. In order to browse these output files in the web browser, you will need to install SVG browser plugin. The Adobe SVG Viewer plugin enables you to view and manipulate vector graphics in SVG format.
